This vibrant green head is a tasty cross of broccoli and cauliflower that is eye-catching in the garden. It grows to 6-8” across and weighs up to 1 pound.
Broccoflower tends to be milder, more tender, and slightly sweeter than either broccoli or cauliflower. It’s delicious raw or used in cooked dishes. It thrives in moderate heat but can withstand some higher temperatures. It does well in partial shade as well.
